Welcome to Next Level Softball Training

Next Level Softball Training was designed to give Minnesota softball players the opportunity to train year-round.

STAFF

Our coaching staff has worked with some of the best college and professional coaches in the country. We have taken pieces of different programs and designed a specific regimen to aid in the softball development of Minnesota players. 

THE PROCESS

We didn't want to develop a program involving typical station-to-station training. Instead, we wanted to develop a process-oriented program. By focusing on training the specific mechanics behind skills, we take each player's game to the next level. 

SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

We optimize training by working with athletes in small groups, an approach that creates:

• A team-oriented atmosphere in which athletes form bonds of support, motivation, and accountability
• A competitive environment in which athletes challenge and push each other
• An ideal setting for dynamic programs that progress and adapt to athletes' needs
• Cost-efficiency
